How do I view my order status?


You may view your order history and status by signing into your account and viewing My Orders. Upon shipment, we will send you an email with the shipment tracking information. If you have any additional questions regarding your order, please email us at info@socialapparel.com.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?


If you chose to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. Once an order has been completed, we are unable to cancel your order. 

 

What payment types are accepted?


We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. 

 

Why was my item/order cancelled?


The most common reasons an order is canceled are as follows: the item went out of stock after you placed your order, product did not meet quality inspection prior to shipment, we could not process your payment, or we were unable to ship the product to the address provided.
